Connecting Planetary Gods (9 Grahas) with Fetal Development (9 Months) to Gods of Management (9 Ms)

Abstract

Purpose: The primary goal of carrying out this research is to trace and discover Planetary Gods (9 Grahas) with Fetal Development (9 Months) to Gods of Management (9 Ms), characteristics, and relationships with Hindu Mythologies and to make novices in management education.

Objective: The primary objective is to analyze the degree of relationship of Planetary Gods (9 Grahas) with Fetal Development (9 Months) to Gods of Management (9 Ms).

Design/Methodology/Approach: The study is based on both secondary and primary evidence. The hypothesis is stated for the variables selected and thus analyzed to prove or disprove the same without any errors.

Findings/Results: The researchers identify Planetary Gods (9 Grahas), Fetal Development (9 Months) & Gods of Management (9 Ms.) playsimilar relations by:

• Saturn (Shani) = 6^th Month: Hair, Nails, Blood Vessels & Openings = Motivation


• Mercury (Budha) = 7^th Month: Eyes, Ears, Nose & Sense Organs = Management


• Neptune (Rahu) = 8^th Month: Hunger, Thirst, Re-Incarnation Memories & Circulation = Market


• Moon (Chandra) = 9^th Month: Birth = Methods

• Pluto (Ketu) & Earth (Bhoomi) are not considered in the fetal development.

Research Limitations/Implications: In the present research an attempt is made by the researchers to understand the research gap in the area, to advance significance to discover the degree of relationship of nine significant heavenly bodies or Planetary Gods (9 Grahas) with Fetal Development (9 Months) to Gods of Management (9 Ms).

Originality/New Knowledge/Interpretation/Value: Thus, it can be said if we apply the best practices of Hindu Mythologies to the best practices of Management, we will have fresh associates and can function better in the coming years and make an organization look and function better in the years to come.
